Adaptive, VDOT-Calibrated Training
Runapt doesn’t use generic templates. By calibrating to a runner's recent performances using Dr. Jack Daniels' legendary VDOT methodology, the platform generates precise pacing zones (Easy, Aerobic, Tempo, Threshold, and Interval) for five different race goals.

Zero-Click Route Generation
Finding where to run is half the battle. Runapt features an integrated, OpenStreetMap-backed route engine. The moment a user opens a scheduled workout, the app generates a loop route matching their target distance, starting right from their current GPS location.
Readiness-Aware Scheduling
Life happens. Runapt measures daily readiness based on sleep quality, soreness, motivation, and resting heart rate. If readiness drops below a threshold, the app automatically scales intensity, schedules recovery, or shifts workouts.

Post-Run AI Coaching
After every workout, Runapt reads pacing data, route elevation profiles, target adherence, and fatigue trends. It generates a personalized AI coach note that summarizes performance in plain language and explains any schedule adjustments.

While running, users get real-time feedback with a "ghost runner" display showing their target pace window and current distance gap. With native iOS Live Activities, Dynamic Island integration, and lock screen widgets, runners can track their target pace with a single glance.
